Behind the beauty of Pakshighar lies a true story of dedication and service. Inspired by the vision of Rameshbhai K Patel to provide the safest homes to birds. He created the first birdhouse in their native place at Balisana. Initially, he started Birdhouse for single floors. After coming to Morbi he started their journey along with Vaghji Bapa and a team of engineers and architects and prepared a design of 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7-floor luxury homes for birds across India. This aviary has 700-800 cages and can accommodate approximately 3000-3500 birds. Now a design of six and a half floors is prepared everywhere.
Story Behind Pakshighar
With a dedication to avian welfare, we have completed over 200 projects, providing shelter to more than 3000 birds in 600+ nests. Through careful planning and construction, we ensure that each birdhouse is a luxurious abode, offering comfort and security to our feathered companions.
The aviary is one of the best efforts made for Abol birds. Birds can live comfortably in this aviary. Even the birds automatically know that this house is for them and get settled in it. Birds start living in every nest made in it, there is no food left and many birds fly around the aviary every day.
This aviary design which is specially designed for birds is proven to be 110% bird friendly in which the birds live and chirp. We have been making this design for 11 years which has also increased the number of birds.
The design of this aviary is made of precast RCC blocks with tiles which have circular columns on the inside to support this design. It has also been specially designed to prevent water from filling up in it, which has small holes through which the water drains down. Even in winter and summer, this aviary protects the birds very much. We can also provide water and fertilizer for planting seeds on the ground around this aviary. We can also plant small trees around the aviary.
A peacock 🦚 statue is fitted on top of the aviary which rotates so that hawks or owls do not come around it and the number of birds is so high that no other predator can come around it. Since the height of the aviary is 11 feet from the ground, no cat or any other animal can climb on it. So their lives are not harmed.
After making this aviary, there is no maintenance of any kind, no cleaning is required, no garbage fills the feeders due to the birds coming out and falling down. Asian paint is done on the outside, which is durable for 7 years. If necessary, we can do coloring, but it is not particularly necessary. As per RCC standard, it is durable for 50-60 years. This aviary can withstand wind and rain storms comfortably.
This aviary is only for the birds to live in. Once built it cannot be walked on again and we can drop the bird seed on the ground below.

27 feet high from the ground, 18'×18' column, 11 feet above the ground, 7'×7'×7' feet deep in the ground with JCB digging and a 7'×7' foot base, PCC, double lattice iron construction, step footing and column, a 9'×9' square slab, topped with a three-and-a-half storey aviary, will be fitted with coloured peacocks and steel bowls on the apex of the aviary. The three-and-a-half-storey aviary will be scaffolded and painted 25-30 feet above the ground. The slabs and columns will be plastered and painted, The height of the birdhouse from the ground will be 27 feet.
3 Floor Birdhouse
35 Feet RCC Birdhouse
